As we help to create a safe and inclusive space for each other, I would like to kindly remind you the following:

• Take the time to read and reference my Monday & Friday blogs before sending me emails. Some students are asking me questions I recently addressed because they didn't get a chance to read my email, blog, or website.

• Provide two-week notice for me to complete documentation & recommendation requests. Requesting these documentations to be completed the next day or over the weekend may not be possible as U-M is a large institution.

• Spelling & pronouncing my name correctly. Take the time to not misspell and mispronounce my name or others. By being mindful of this, you are taking the first step to helping me + others feel belonged here at U-M.

As always, I encourage you to reach out for support or double-check information. I highly recommend you to be proactive.
